Located in Ushuaia (Argentina), Koraiken is a family-owned small store that offers a handcrafted and design products such as handbags, scarves, jewelry and home décor.

Without falling into the typical idea of a “rustic artisan shop”, my mission here was to develop a fresh, friendly, feminine, and delicate brand identity to elevate the boutique’s image and appeal to local women who appreciate the quality and beauty of handmade goods.

Located in Ushuaia (Argentina), Koraiken is a family-owned small store that offers a handcrafted and design products such as handbags, scarves, jewelry and home décor.

Without falling into the typical idea of a “rustic artisan shop”, my mission here was to develop a fresh, friendly, feminine, and delicate brand identity to elevate the boutique’s image and appeal to local women who appreciate the quality and beauty of handmade goods.

The vision was to convey the beauty quality – handmade gifts, in a warm and harmonious atmosphere.

The store’s name, “Koraiken,” meaning “Spring” in the Tehuelche language, inspired the color palette: soft shades of pink combined with a deep, fresh “moss green,” and a light “vanilla cream” to add a neutral tone.

Regarding typography, an organic-cursive style was used, featuring leaf-inspired shapes. To complement the organic feel, I incorporated Montserrat, a sans-serif typeface, bringing a modern and clean touch to the brand.

The new visual identity was applied across the store’s signage, packaging (wrapping paper, adhesive labels, hangtags) and social media presence, helping Koraiken become a cozy and delicate local boutique for women seeking special design and handcrafted products (as gifts, but also for themselves), but mainly looking for a memorable shopping experience.

The product presentation, with its thoughtful packaging and attention to detail, resonated with customers. “Love for details” became a key theme, reflected both in the curated product selection and in the personalized customer experience.
